Other than that I’m excited that my classes have started up again (Gbg & Stckhlm), that my cooking class filled up once we switched the date, that my @albahealth.co calls inspire me so much (I love guiding our clients + hearing their fabulous results!), and that my @nova___wellness episode will launch next week on @spotify … but mostly, that my new protocol (I’m bunny-testing on myself) is giving me such grounded energy and genuine joy so that I have the stamina to do ALL OF THE ABOVE.

Love this one featured by @maddieemmaa and I’m now spotting tight-striped sofas everywhere.
