“Nurture” means to care for and protect something or someone as they grow.
As we each are growing and evolving beings, we must cultivate a Practice that both cares for us deeply and protects our highest interests. Cultivate this connection to your Self by creating grounding practices that remind you that You are your Own fulfilment.
IN THE KIT
A Crystal Face-roller — The ritual of reconnecting to your body in a manner that highlights sensation is the ultimate form of self-care, especially if you build a daily practice of it.
Holy Scents — No other sense in the body is more connected to memory than our sense of smell. When we are practicing transformative work the scent of Palo Santo or Copal will bring us back to the memory of stability, comfort and grounding.
